Aside from the vast amounts of experience gained from tinkering around her own computers, Kapi has worked in the technology field for the last eight (8) years. She has been dealing with all types of technology from satellite TV to VOIP services.

Her most recent experience includes:

MSN where she worked as a Resolution Specialist helping customers resolve internet related issues that could not be resolved by the level one support team. She was also responsible for ensuring the team assigned to her were trained adequately and had a resource for questions that might arise during the course of a call.

She left MSN and went to the Geek Squad where she worked as Agent Love, a computer technician position. Her fellow agents knew they could count on her technical expertise whenever they needed assistance.

After leaving the Geek Squad she started Doc Loves Computer Repair and Services. Since then she has become a preferred technician for Comp USA, Dell, Staples and HP.
