All prices are for labor only, client provides any necessary hardware at their expense prior to appointment. Prices listed do not include Utah sales tax.

All services that are listed on the Services and Price List for Home Users page are also available to small businesses.

Maintenance Contracts: Our maintenance contracts are designed to help keep small businesses productive by minimizing their downtime due to computer related issues. Most small businesses cannot afford to hire a full time IT specialist to maintain their computers and networks. Let us help you with that. You get the benefits of having an on-site IT person without the high salary that some of these professionals demand.

Here are the benefits of our typical contract:

 
For all the computers that are covered by the maintenance contract, this includes deleting all temporary files that bog computers down, as well as making sure PC startup is at its optimal performance (by disabling unnecessary programs from running in the background).
Backing up of all critical data to an outside source of media (i.e., external USB hard drive, flash memory drive, DVD or CD.

Download and installation of all updates for software installed on machines such as but not limited to: Internet Security programs, Microsoft Programs and QuickBooks.
Run hardware diagnostics to ensure system stability and check for system and network security integrity.
Up to three hours of technical support by phone or email / 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. You can call or email Doc Loves with any technical issues that may arise and if it is a simple solution that can be walked through by phone we will help you fix it over the phone.
If an emergency arises and onsite service is needed, Doc Love's will be there within 24 hours of notification of emergency.

The $65 emergency call fee is waived for as long as this service agreement remains in affect between Doc Love's and the client.

Fees for hourly onsite repair are discounted from $85.00 an hour to $65.00 an hour, plus sales tax. Client must be available at anytime within that 24 hour period.
Employees of Client and their families can share the discount offered to client.

If an employee needs computer repair or would like to utilize any of the services offered by Doc Love's, they qualify for the discounted rate of $65 per hour, plus sales tax (versus $85 per hour plus sales tax).
Doc Love's knows that the best kind of advertising comes from the referrals that a client gives us.

For every four referrals you send us, we will give you one free month on your contract — as long as those referrals sign up for our monthly maintenance contract.
We will consult with you anytime you are ready to make a change to your network. For example, if you need to add more computers, set up a different network, or anything else involving the network, computers or software. Those types of consultations are free of charge for business clients with maintenance contracts.

Maintenance contracts can be customized and designed to fit your needs.

What if I have a service contract with my computer manufacturer?

Well, a typical service contract only covers hardware problems. However, 95% of computer problems reside in the software. Manufactures will charge you for phone support to try and walk you through the issue, and often these call centers are located out of the country.

We’ve all had to deal with calling someone who has a heavy accent. And most of us know how quickly this can lead to a great deal of frustration. Additionally, because such contracts only cover you when something goes wrong — and offer no preventive measures for computer malfunctions — this can lead to downtime in your business. Finally, none of the manufacturer contracts offer data backups or recovery.

We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to make payments through PayPal.
